Welcome to a new series on my blog! I absolutely adore Polyvore (which, if you don’t know, is one of the best websites in the world ever), and putting outfits and collections together is one of my favourite things to do to pass the time. It’s a great way of exploring style without having to spend money. So, here’s the first look in the series! Enjoy. This gorgeous loose black jumper is perfect for everyday looks; pair it with a necklace and a high messy bun and you’ve got off-duty fashion completely sorted (with as little effort as possible –…

I’ll be honest here. I wear makeup every single day. I think it’s fun – the experience of slapping stuff on your face and seeing how pretty you look at the end of it all. I was particularly pleased with how my makeup came out today, so I put some loud music on and had a little selfie session (come on, admit it, you do it too) to show off my everyday makeup. It’s Chriiiistmaaaas!! (soonish) Now, I normally don’t get too excited for Christmas (I know, I know – I’m essentially the Grinch). So here’s a little overview of my favourites. Umberto Gianini “Backcomb In A Bottle” is one of my very favourite hair products. I got a mini size in last year’s advent calendar (I got a…

This is an important topic for me. I love the feeling of opening my bedroom door after a hard day of uni and buses and drinking numerous cups of hot chocolate to a ¬†clean room, and more importantly, a gorgeous smell. As you know, I love the smell of anything remotely festive, so my room will smell like a Christmas bakery basically from September to February. I bought an oil burner from my favourite place on Earth, the pound shop. Yep, it was a pound – and it came with three plain white tealights and an orange-scented oil (which to…
