New Look Winter Wishlist

It’s starting to get a bit cold, isn’t it?

Here in England it’s about 1 – 5 degrees every day, which can leave everyone feeling a bit cold and yucky. I had a little peep at some New Look winter clothes, and picked a couple of my favourites to share!

thumb_eec05cf6fc_2_340x400This black bralette is the prettiest thing I have ever seen in all my life. I think it’s strictly underwear, but I love the strappy details (they remind me of “Oh So Lovely” intimates, which are just the most dreamy pieces – I’m definitely going to be treating myself to something with my Christmas money!) so I’d wear it layered underneath something sheer to really show it off. It’s sometimes a bit difficult to feel girly and dainty in winter when you’re wearing nine scarves and a polar bear as a coat, so it’s nice to have something super glamorous to wear, even if only you know you’re wearing it!

Navy And Red Check Wrap Tassel Hem Scarf

I really love this tartan cape/scarf/thing. Tartan is my favourite fabric (I can even be found sporting tartan in the Summer) and this is just perfect for snuggling up in on a casual day, maybe with a cream jumper, black leggings and brown knee-high boots – gorgeous!

Crushed Velvet Leggings

These black velvet leggings are a Winter staple for me. Warm and cosy, they add a bit of texture to a simple outfit, and look particularly festive with a Christmas jumper! Also means you don’t have to wear quite as many pairs of tights under your trousers because they’re nice and warm!

New Look Velvet T-Bar PumpsHello, is it me you’re looking for? These shoes are just amazing. The rich red velvety fabric, the thick black sole and even the buckle are right up my street. I can see these paired with a little dress, or even just a plain pair of skinny jeans, to add a bit of Christmas spirit. I’ve been searching for these in my local New Look stores, but to no avail. I might just bite the bullet and order them online and pray that they fit!

So there you go, a few of my favourite New Look Winter pieces. Which is your favourite?

I love hearing from you!
